This privacy policy applies to the mobile application HiggsMaker: AI Selfie Avatar ("the Application"). HiggsMaker allows users to create AI avatars from selfies effortlessly while ensuring user privacy.

• User-generated content (such as uploaded images and generated AI avatars) is stored securely in cloud services, accessible only by the user.
• Users fully own their data and can delete their generated content at any time.
• Data Retention: Content is not automatically deleted and remains available until the user chooses to delete it.
• Permanent Deletion: Once deleted by the user, data cannot be recovered and is permanently removed from our systems.
• The Application processes user-provided images and optional text prompts to generate AI-edited outputs.

1.2 Personal Information

• The Application may use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage data to improve app performance and user experience.
• We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII).
• Firebase may collect device-related data such as app interactions, crash reports, and general usage statistics.

1.3 Device Data

• The Application may access certain device functionalities (e.g., photo library access to save or load images) but does not collect or transmit any personal device information.
• The Application does not request access to device location, contacts, or any unnecessary data.

1.4 Image Upload and Facial Data Processing

• AI Avatar Generation: When you upload images for AI avatar generation, these images may contain facial information or biometric data.
• Third-Party AI Providers: Your uploaded images are processed through legitimate third-party AI model providers including but not limited to Higgsfield AI technologies and other state-of-the-art AI systems.
• Purpose Limitation: Facial data is used solely for the purpose of AI avatar generation and content creation as requested by the user.
• Data Retention: Uploaded images containing facial information are stored securely in cloud services and are accessible only by the user. Data is not automatically deleted.
• User-Controlled Deletion: Users can choose to delete their uploaded images and generated content at any time through the app interface.
• Permanent Deletion: Once deleted by the user, the data cannot be recovered and is permanently removed from our systems.
• User Consent: By uploading images that contain faces, you explicitly consent to the processing of such biometric data for AI avatar generation purposes.
• Data Security: All image data, including facial information, is transmitted securely and processed in compliance with each AI provider's respective privacy policies and security standards.

2. Data Storage and Security

• User-generated content is stored securely in cloud services with industry-standard encryption and security measures.
• All stored data is accessible only by the authenticated user and is protected by secure access controls.
• Firebase services are used strictly for anonymized analytics and crash reporting.
• We implement industry-standard security measures, including Firebase's built-in security protections, to secure all data during processing and storage.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their device and controlling access to the Application.
• Data Backup: Users should maintain their own backups of important content as deleted data cannot be recovered.

3. Children's Privacy

• The Application is intended for users aged 13 and above.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
• Facial Data of Minors: Users are responsible for ensuring they do not upload images containing faces of individuals under 18 without proper consent.
• If you believe that we may have collected personal information from a child, please contact us immediately (see Section 8).

4. Your Rights and Choices

• Users have full control over their data and may delete their generated content or uninstall the app at any time.
• Image Deletion: You can delete uploaded images and generated avatars at any time, and we will ensure removal from our cloud storage systems.
• Processing Opt-out: You may choose not to upload images containing facial information if you do not consent to biometric data processing.
• Third-Party Processing: By using our AI generation features, you consent to data processing by third-party AI providers according to their respective privacy policies.
• You may manage your app settings, including access to the photo library, through your device settings.
• Data Portability: You can export your generated content before deletion if needed.

• The Application uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for app performance monitoring.
